$8,000 Tax Credit Set to Expire!
The $8,000 tax credit offered under the stimulus plan is
set to expire on November 30, 2009!
As it is currently written-in order to receive the $8,000 credit,
you must close on the purchase of your home
BEFORE the deadline which is November 30, 2009.
We have no indication they are planning to extend this program into
next year and this means you need to
GET OUT THERE AND FIND THAT HOUSE!
Banks are expecting an influx of new purchase applications that will be all trying to get closed by
this crucial deadline. Banks are saying it could take up to 45 days to close on a home.
To ensure you don’t miss out on the tax credit we suggest you have a fully executed purchase agreement no later than October 15.
