Bedminster Real Estate Statistics

Things are looking up in the Bedminster real estate market. Compared to Dec. of 08 it looks like the market is doing better.

During the month of July, total unsold real estate in Bedminster dropped from the month of June. the number of pending homes have stayed the same and new listings have dropped. This means the market may be starting to absorb some of the unsold inventory and less competition on the market if you are thinking about selling real estate, call me at 201-259-4449.
