The Cedars – Duplexes – The Duplexes at the Cedars come with two or three bedrooms, basements, dens, and garages. Although big in size, the community only hold over 40 Duplexes in The Cedars. If you are thinking about buying a Duplex they range in price from the high $400.000s to the mid $500.000s
