Timberbrooke is a wonderful community of over 1 townhomes in Bedminster. The development was built in two phases. The first phase was by the Karnell Group and the units they built had a choice of four layouts from two bedroom, two bath ranch style homes to three bedroom three and a half bath homes with a family room and library. Homes range from 2,182 to 3200 spacious sq. ft. of living.
The second phase was built by Hovnanian builders and amd their collection of styles range from two, three, and four bedroom homes. All of the homes that were built by Hovnaian have garages and some units even have family rooms.
