It looks like things have stayed steady in the Basking Ridge real estate market this month compared to last month. The new listings are about the same, running just above 50 and the pending sales are just under.
It feels like we have seen a rush of homes being sold this summer and with the great news that has just hit the airwaves about the housing market, time may be of the essence.
